"How to Ganache"

Wednesday 7th February Time: 6pm - 9.30 pm
Monday 12th March Time: 6pm - 9.30pm
Saturday 7th April Time 10.00 - 2pm
Wednesday 18th April Time: 6pm - 9.30pm
Learn how to divide, fill, ganache your sponge cake to achieve a professional, smooth finish. You will be given the opportunity to decorate your cake with chocolate drips and a selection of biscuits and chocolate sweets. Take home your sharp edged ganache cake.
Please feel free to bring your own sweet selection.
What is included in the workshop:
You do not need to bring anything with you to the class except an apron. Everything else is provided . Disposable Aprons are available if you forget yours.
Tea, Coffee and squash is freely available during the day.
Refunds and Transfers
We are unable to offer any refunds should you decide to cancel or are unable to attend your course.
In exceptional circumstances, students who are unable to attend may transfer to another course if Cakes o'Licious is able to re-sell their original place to another student. This transfer is solely at the discretion of the Course Coordinator and will incur a £20 administration fee.
No transfer will be offered if the following circumstances apply:
Travel or accommodation expenses will not be compensated for should a course be cancelled or re-arranged for an alternative date.
All classes subject to a minimum booking of 3 students . Please note that if we have less than this, we will contact you to rearrange the class date.
