In the event of unfavourable weather conditions in our area, Cakes o'Licious, will make the decision to cancel a class if we consider it unsafe to access the local main roads surrounding our classrooms in Cosham.
If you are attending a regular weekly class or a multiple day workshop that has already begun, a 'catch up' date will be arranged.
If you are booked onto a workshop that has not yet started Cakes o'Licious will offer students either the option to transfer to an alternative date, a transfer to a different course or to receive a full refund.
If our classes are unaffected by bad weather but you are unable to attend a course because of the conditions local to you, unfortunately we will not be able to offer an alternative date or refund.
Please note that travel or accommodation expenses will not be compensated for should Cakes o'Licious need to cancel, offer a 'catch up date' or re-arrange a course date. Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance cover.
Long stay parking is available in the Waite street paid carpark. Or you could find free parking in the surrounding residential roads. Please be aware that there are parking restrictions in the area so please look out for signs.
We advise comfortable clothing and flat, closed-toe, non-slip shoes (no open-toed sandals please). If you have an apron then it’s a good idea to bring it along to protect your clothes, and long hair should be tied back. We advise that cardigans and jumpers should not be worn as loose fibres can spoil your work. Long finger nails and nail varnish are not recommended. NO ARM JEWELRY
We do have a Cancellation Policy. This is explained in our cancellation policy page.
